What areas do you cover?
We currently cover all Leeds postcodes, and some postcodes in Harrogate, York and Wakefield. We are an independent company, and restricting our area ensures we can respond properly to any emergencies fast.

Absolutely- you can contact us directly in Leeds, UK to ask any questions or book a repair
I'm moving from a different provider, how soon does my cover start?
If you're moving to reliaboil from a different provider and have no gap in service, you will get instant support from us. Access to being able to book repairs may be restricted for 14 days if you have had a break in service.
I've never had boiler cover before, how soon does my cover start?
If you are joining a service plan for the first time you will be able to access all support and book repairs after 14 days.

Do you use your own engineers to carry out the servicing and repairs?
Mostly, yes. We are a local company employing local engineers, but do sometimes use carefully vetted contractors and Major Boiler Manufacturers if that is the fastest way to get your home cosy again.
How do you check your engineers?
We hold ourselves to the highest standard, we:
Audit repairs and services when completed- youll see your engineer documenting their work electronically and with photos.
Check valid and appropriate levels of Public Liability Insurance
Inspect trade qualifications, eg Gas Safe Register, to ensure they are appropriate and up to date
Inspect certain equipment to ensure correct calibration
Ensure all Health and Safety rules are followed, including current COVID guidelines
What happens when I sign up?
Welcome! You'll receive an email containing your Welcome Pack, including your customer number, details of your address and plan chosen, and a quick questionnaire. Please complete as much of this as possible, as it will speed up our ability to deal with any future repairs.
How long is the Agreement?
Our Agreement is for a minimum of 12 Months from your start date, so you are only committed for one year at a time.
You will receive an email 30 days prior to the end of your Fixed Price Plan, advising you of your renewal price. Please ensure your email address is up to date- check spam filters allow contact from us. If no correspondence is recieved from you within those 30 days your contract will auto renew for another 12 months. If you are happy for the renewal to go ahead, you don't need to do anything. Do you charge a call out fee?
You can choose a plan with our without a call out fee per repair- choosing one with a call out will lower your monthly charge, but you will need to pay the fixed fee each time you book a repair. No fee is charged for your annual boiler service
